Hi, I’m Davide Alfonsi, a former fat and stressed-out guy... turned nutritionist, celebrity personal trainer, author, and entrepreneur.

But I wasn’t always fit and happy.

Believe it or not, I was once in your shoes too, struggling with my health and body. 

I grew up in the mountains of the Italian countryside near Turin, with lots of food at the family table. By the age of 6, I was already obese.

My childhood wasn’t the happiest. I suffered from bullying and severe depression.

And I wasn’t much of an athlete. My parents had to bribe me with a Game Boy to get me to try skiing.

It took me 10 years of grueling trial and error and tens of thousands of pounds spent in personal coaching to change my body and stop feeling insignificant and worthless.

But Then I Nearly Died of Living Life In The Fast Lane

After transforming my body, the one-time fat kid picked up a master’s degree in economics and moved to London.

Which led to some jobs as a stripper and go-go dancer. 

Which led to too much partying and too much drugs.

Which led to me waking up naked in a bathtub, covered in my own blood after a wild two-day fetish party.

Which led to an ambulance trip to the hospital, where I almost died.
